Sweat, sweat, and sweat some more in this high-intensity series of dynamic aerobic and anaerobic exercises inspired by calisthenics, HIIT, mat Pilates, and ballet to increase stamina, agility, and cardiovascular function. This is cardio with control. Caution: slick mat inevitable.
