Come stretch with me and work towards your goal of increased flexibility! This class will combine passive and active stretches with light conditioning, all designed to help make you more flexible. Whether you're still working on touching your toes or perfecting your over-split, all levels are welcome!
No equipment is required for this class, but the following props are recommended: 1️⃣ Yoga mat (sub in: small/flat pillow) 2️⃣ Yoga blocks (sub in: paper towel rolls, large books, or a sturdy box)
