Learn the ins and outs of posture and placement of the body, how to find your turn out safely, and whether or not fondu is actually a type of cheese! We'll go over the foundations of ballet in this slow-paced, core-focused, mobility and strength class.

Equipment: Chair, backend of the couch, torso height counter, or bar for balance
