Grab your sliders, pot holders, and Tupperware lids! We take the reformer to the floor to pike, skate, and press--challenging the body's deep core stabilizers, increasing strength, coordination, and grace through full body control. 40 minutes low-impact Pilates class

Equipment needed: Sliders/towels, Tupperwear lids, etc., hand weights, cans/bottles optional
