We are looking for people to join our next cohort for personalized training sessions.

We are serving the SF Bay Area and have training sessions in the East Bay and SF. We are expanding our service areas based on demand and we will come to you. Sign up for the waitlist to schedule your training.

Electrical Muscular Activation (EMA) Training Overview

EMA uses a medical-grade electric suit to activate deep muscle tissues, fascia, and fibers. Each 20-minute session is equivalent to 4 hours of traditional training and can be done once or twice weekly. Over 20 sessions, EMA targets even the smallest and weakest muscles to restore balance in your body.

Who Should NOT Use EMA

  • Acute diseases, bacterial infections, or inflammatory conditions

  • Recent surgeries (within 2 months)

  • Arteriosclerosis or arterial circulation problems

  • Stents or bypasses active for less than 6 months

  • Untreated high blood pressure or diabetes

  • Pregnancy

  • Electrical implants (e.g., pacemaker)

  • Tumors, cancer, or bleeding disorders (hemophilia)

  • Untreated neurological diseases, epilepsy, or hernias

  • Cardiac arrhythmia

How It Works

  1. Initial Call: Fill out the form. Candace will contact you and schedule your first complimentary zap!

  2. First Session (approx. 1 hour):

    • Discuss health goals, body composition, safety, and fitness plan. Take measurements and photos.

    • 20 minutes of EMA training.

    • Followed by a lymphatic drainage massage to enhance results.

    • Please wear 100% cotton clothing and bring a change of clothing. You will get wet.

  3. Follow-up Sessions: Each session will be 20 minutes of personalized training.

    Our Pricing Plans
    All packages include donating to our community-first program, which provides low-cost sessions to those in need.
    We accept credit cards, Venmo, and cash. Monthly payment plans are also available.
    Single Sessions

    • 1 Person Session: $190  (20 minutes total, including both training and a lymphatic massage)

    • Groups of 2+ people receive an extra 20% off.

  4. Special Packages

    • 10 One-Person Sessions: $1700 (20 minutes total, including both training and a lymphatic massage)

    • 10 Two-Person Sessions: $2350 (Each person receives their own 20-minute session, done consecutively, which includes both training and a lymphatic massage)
