  • EMS or Electrical Muscle Stimulation works by sending signals through your nervous system to trigger muscle contractions. EMA is different because it activates the muscles directly.   • A standard EMA session lasts about 20 minutes. During that time you will move through simple bodyweight and resistance based exercises while the EMA technology activates your muscles. The atmosphere is energetic, supportive and focused on helping you get the most out of every minute. Each session finishes with a gentle lymphatic drainage massage from the EMA suit leaving you feeling refreshed and recovered.

  • EMA is designed for a wide range of people. It is effective for professional athletes, individuals recovering from injury, those managing chronic pain and older adults who want to maintain mobility. It can also support postpartum recovery and help busy professionals stay strong and energized. EMA has even been used in medical settings to prevent muscle loss in people with limited mobility.
